Their main aim is to take in a tenant, rip them off, so that they wreck your property, then charge both you and them fees to fix up the problems they've made.

Written By Current Renter of Property controlled by Go-Renter: Well, my house is very nice, but Go-Renter themselves are indeed crooks. They do most of their fraudulent activities through hidden fees around every corner. Its like that movie Labyrinth, you have to watch your step. If they are not charging you a whopping $25.00 to pay your rent online, its $5.00 here $5.00 there and then dont be one day late on your rent, fees fees and more fees. Not to mention $100 fee to update your lease agreement if you decide to stay another year!!! Really, yes-really, just to update a month and year on a piece of electronic media...... My honest opinion: I cannot wait to get out from under these gangster Rental idiots. Rent from an Owner, thats my advice.
