The agency employees a agent by the name of Vincent Lucero. We went to look at Mr. Lucero's sons home which is for rent. We liked the home and asked for applications be sent to us. He was unable to send them. He dropped by our house and tried emailing them and still didn't work. We told him since it was a Sunday we could figure it out on Monday. This led to later Sunday night around 7pm. He text  suddenly wanting proof of income. We sent check stubs and bank statements. He wanted to see every transaction  on our statements. I told him showing deposits that matched our stubs was sufficient proof. He kept pushing and we got uncomfortable with the deal. I told him we would politely decline leading the home thanked him for his time and thought that was the end of it.  But oh oh not he continued to press for 3500 saying he was being kind by allowing people to lease his sons 445,000 home for a mere 3000 deposit. We again politely declined and said we would continue our search. I finally said if you want 3500 cash  we have it. He immediately said he'd come get the money. I told him no we had already said no to the house. It went quiet till the morning, he sent a text claiming he knew we had no money and we should have money in hand before looking at houses. Well we have it we just felt his behavior was something we wanted no part of figuring if he's this bad before even signing a lease we could only imagine how bad it would be after a lease was signed. First thing Monday i got a text saying he knew we didn't have money and we should not waste people's time or look for houses with out money in hand. So he continued to harness me through day on Monday claiming to publish our financial records on the internet. I finally was forced to call his office and speak with his superiors. I kept my comments polite and without threats. He claimed he has many many who want the house yet no one wanted to pay his rent demands. So listen to this logic he actually raised the rent amount just to prove he could get it can you believe that logic. He said people were offering less but to show them he raised it. We have rented for many years and never met someone as unprofessional as Vincent Lucero. He is to close to the situation trying to the best for his son t
