We had an awful experience with ROI Properties with the sale of our home. First they told us they could not sell the house with us in it. Then the house sold to a buyer we directed to them and still charged us the full amount for selling our home. Then the house closed 1 day early and they put all of our things left at the house out to the curb for bulk trash. When I went to pick up our pets they were going through our things left in the garage. Karen made me leave as soon as the house closed claiming that she was to meet the buyer at the house and I would be arrested for trust passing if I was there when they arrived. Really? The buyer told me later that he was out of the country at the time of the closing. Loren also told us that the owner wanted the house cleaned out and did not want us back on the property. The buyer said he told them to let us get our things. I do not understand the method to their madness. Although, we were in dispute with our oldest sibling over the entire probate, they should not have taken sides. Horrifying experience.
