I supposed to have appointment on phone on Friday morning January first and the lady told me ( unknown number or no caller ID ) will appear on your phone when we call you.. the called from regular number and I didn’t answer because it’s usually scamming calls on morning When I heard the voice mail i called them back but she said you lost your turn now we have only open on January 16 I had my baby on Christmas day and i need to update my info as soon as possible but those people are not helping at all

The staffs are nice.I use to come with appointment but sometimes I do walk in.I usually call before I come if without appointment and always told to be there 8-9am.I am aware or always expect for a long wait.For free stuff,we always need patience,appreciation and less complain.
