1.  This might be the single worst psychiatry office in terms of customer service ever. 2.  They have done nothing to protect my privileged information3.  They are asked me to sign forms (HIPAA) without sending me a copy of the policy. I scheduled an appointment about a month ago and I was informed 15 min prior to the appt time they cancelled because I didn't send them a driver license. Never did they call  or send a follow up email and say hey we still need your DL (which I sent by the way). Nor did they bother telling me they cancelled the appointment. Their security protocols are horrible. They requested I send personally confidential information to them through email. They asked for my social security number and every piece of identifying information possible through insecure email. Some hacker can easily steal everything. Finally they asked me to sign forms acknowledging I received their HIPAA disclosures but they never sent the disclosure. Stay away from this place unless you want your identity stolen.

They replied to my first voice message promptly and were very friendly and positive in their reply voicemail stating that it sounded like my daughter would be a good fit for their office, but then I never heard back from them to schedule an appointment. And they do NOT answer their phone EVER, at any hour of the day, at any extension. Every extension goes to the same voicemail. What's the point of extensions if they all go to the same place?

I have been to several psychiatrists, for an anxiety issue that I have been plagued with as long as I can remember. I truly was losing faith that I wouldn't be able to find a psychiatrist that actually took the time to read through my paperwork and "understand" why I am wired the way I am. That was until I had the "honor" of meeting and speaking with Dr. Sanghvi.  First off, from the start I was blown away that she asked me in depth questions, as in the past the questions were basic questions that were so what have you tried, what worked, etc and with the information she gathered from my answers, she put a lot of information about me together and had a very clear picture of what and who I am.Although, in the past the appointments are scheduled for an hour, NEVER have they lasted more then 20-25 minutes a very good reason why I was hesitant to take the meds prescribed in the past. But, with Dr. Sanghvi it actually ran over the hour. She is absolutely amazing! So refreshing, and I love that she's conservative when prescribing meds and it's the first time I felt "safe" and the first time I had total confidence and did not have to second guess or question is this the right medication. Although, I know it's trial and error, she answered my questions was thorough, was kind, caring, understanding, intelligent, and respectful.Dr. Sanghvi renewed my faith in the profession and I  am so thankful I was scheduled with her. If you have been searching for a Psychiatrist as long as I have and are only wanting the best of the best...I have done all the legwork for you....call and schedule with Dr. Sanghvi ..., nothing is more important than one's health and one's mental health is as important as one's physical health.

I have been seeking a psychiatrist for many years now, and after finding Dr. Patel's and Dr. Sanghvi's name listed in a US News magazine for best psychiatrists, I contacted Premier Health and Wellness for an appointment. The first red flag from this place was when it took at least two weeks to hear back from the office. The second red flag was when I did not receive confirmation that my intake forms were received, so my appointment was pushed for a week after. Third, I did not hear back from the office informing me how to access my telehealth appointment(the website, the portal, a link, anything), and after frantically calling them without a response(sent straight to voicemail), I hear back around 13 minutes before the appointment and was quoted an outrageous price for the intake appointment (I had confirmed with my insurance 5 different times with my coverage, and was gaslit by the office and their insurance person that I only received little to no coverage from my insurance). Fourth flag and last straw for me was when the exact same thing happened two weeks later for my appointment. This time, I was told that I could maybe be charged a cancellation fee despite the fault being the office's, not mine. It has been a couple of days, and I have yet to hear back from their insurance person despite being assured I would hear the next day from her. These were problems with the office alone, so I decided to look up reviews and was terrified by what I read. People had similar experiences to me, but also read that patient's wishes regarding their medication amount and dosage were not respected and were thus exceeded. After the final straw with my experience and reading the aforementioned comments, I have decided to seek aid elsewhere. Thankfully, I am in the correct mental space to continue this search, but I fear for others who mustered the courage to seek aid and may not continue after encountering problems such as these. Practices such as this one are the reason why mental health help is inaccessible. Do better.
