Very unhappy with my experience with this company. This picture shows the screen I received from the company. The photo online shows a very clear panel that is easy to see through. The one we received is so wrinkled that you cannot even see through it clearly. When I called, I was told to use a hair dryer or iron to get the wrinkles out and if it did not work we would receive a refund. It did not work and now they will only give me a partial refund because they said the product is not damaged. The customer service with this company has been awful. I would NOT recommend!

They deserve -5 stars. Worst, most wretched company to have disgraced the face of capitalism since the day they slithered onto the surface of the earth. They changed my delivery date. And then said they'd be another 3 days late, a total of 4 days. All of this whilst trying to make sense of 3rd world customer service. This would have been much easier to work with a local printer. I PROMISE YOU - what you will save in $, you will lose in time, pain, aggravation, and at least 100 new grey hairs that will be with you forever. Pay the extra 20% going to local printer.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with custom printing. They did not proof the right banners and if I did not catch it they would have sent duplicates of 1 design, instead of multiple designs as I specified. Also, they did not follow the specified proof and revision instructions that they promised they would do. I then called them and a customer service rep said he would personally oversee this and call me back in 10 minutes after the revision was uploaded. After 30 minutes, I CALLED, since he didn't call, and they said that he left for the day!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. After all of this, their admitted mistake of not allocating the right banners to be printed, they said they can no longer guarantee the delivery deadline that they promised. I called AGAIN, and explained this, and the guy hung up on me after not being able to solve this now more convoluted issue. He actually put me on hold and disconnected the call! THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU OUTSOURCE "HELP" FROM S.E. ASIA. WORS SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

I made a note with my order to make sure the design team sharpens the images as they blow them up for my signage before they go to print. I get them in the mail to find that everything is dizzy blurry and looks unprofessional. The material quality was good but the print quality of the design was horrifying. I will change my rating if they can fix it. As of now, after hearing an attitude from chat support, I will rate at a 2
