Someone opened and removed the contents of a package I sent to a client. All they received was an empty envelope. So there’s THIEFS working here apparently. I know I’m not the only one whose mail has been opened and the contents stolen. The second package I sent on the same day to another client never arrived. I’m just blown away by the lack of regard for people’s mail and the incompetence of those responsible. This office also doesn’t answer the phones! Christ, do your job right!

I tried to call the customer service number it's ridiculous it asks the wrong questions and does not let you speak to anyone

They Said my shipment will arrive in maxim 11 days to my country. And I only have to pay once. I paid $270 for service. The box arrived in 40 days. And I was asked to pay $100 in the end, for taxes..

What a joke. I go to pick up my package & they cant find it & they lost 2 other people packages while I was there

Absolutely hate this post office! They don't answer the phone, don't communicate or follow through on a case and the lady with the short white hair is RUDE and nasty! Hard to believe they get away with treating customers like that!
