TSS Photography

I ordered my sons pictures almost a month ago and nothing. All i hear is its in the mail and the mail has not returned it. I got of my kids packages fast but have not seen the other one.

Ordered the $25 digital download for my sons football pictures. Got 1 pose for $25. Yes I can print as many as I want but I am already using my ink and my paper. Thought at least the team photo would be included. Nope. Silly me. Now I have to spend more on that. Should explain the digital download is only one pose. Waste of money.

Customer service was very poor. I was having trouble with the online ordering portal but when I tried looking for help, there was no one manning the booth. I waited serval minutes but couldn't figure out who actually worked as all the "staff" with exception of the photographer were dressed very casual and I couldn't tell if they were another parent or actually working. Fortunately another parent on the team was able to help me. As I was finishing up my order, I noticed the "staff" clearing up the booth and packing up the sample plaques. WTH?! Hopefully the photos turn out better than the service.

I paid for my sons photo package online as requested. Photos were taken the following week. 4 weeks later, still no photos. I email and they first send me photos to review of a completely different team. Finally send the right one and then claim they never took his picture so there are no pictures. Ummm excuse me! You took my money, I clearly chose my package, and you didnt take his picture!?? Dont waste your time with this company. Their response is, we can provide a 5x7 photo of just the team. Unacceptable. I wouldnt even give them 1 star if I didnt have to.
