This is probably the worst company I ever had to deal with. We had some services done by technician David in November and had ongoing issues with the plumbing and every time I called and left a message nobody responds. Horrible customer service, do not use this company!! After $10,000 you would think they’d like to keep you as a customer but I guess not!!! Services: Pipe repair, Installation

Called these guys at noon and they were here at 3:00. Vicente (Not sure how to spell his name?) he was Very Polite & Very Professional. He had the job done in minutes it felt like. Not to mention he cleaned up after him and it looked better than it did before! I would recommend Vicente for sure to anyone! I will definitely be calling these guys again! One of the best plumbing experiences I ever had! This company has a Great worker and I hope they realize that! Service: Drain unblocking

They were the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Never use this company. They caused a leak after unclogging my bathroom drain. It took two weeks to get one of their plumbers out to repair it. It still leaked after the plumber came out. The secretary said they might refund my money. I asked to have the owner call. He never did. I never raised my voice or was unkind but they started to avoid my calls. Finally had to call on a different phone only to be told that they will not refund my money or repair the leak. They suggested I find a new plumber.
I had them out to clean my greasetrap as well and I was charged $499.00 and they left a large mess in my yard. The last time the plumber came out he didn't even wear a mask in my home.
Edit: This has been going on since Feb. 25th 2021, it's now march 22 and still we have a leaking sink.
