I am a former shift leader/ manager of this location and I would like customers to know as well as future employees that the district manager (Sean Thurmond) is not a very nice person to work for and the General Manager Travis talks trash about his employees and I personally gave them a written 2 week notice and they told me and my husband on speaker phone that they didn't care and then they fired me anyway ... I am a former driver for this store . When customers call and place a order and told there order will be there on time instead they are not being told that they only have one driver at any given time . They only have a small crew of 5 or 6 and only two of them are drivers one per shift and as for the GM goes he is only there once a week and the district manager does not care about anything but him self. So basically it's not even a skeleton crew one driver, cook, and shift runner. I don't see how this store even stays in business................

this place has the worst customer service and coming from the manager I went in on my lunch break so I was short on time I went in and it looked like she was counting out someone no acknowledgement when I walked in five min later she's still not done I asked her if someone could take my order she replied so rudely and said as soon as I count him out... I left and have never gone back a shame cuz hungry Howies is good but this location will never get my money
