Is anyone else disgusted with the way medical people and organizations treat patients. I mean, it is like dealing with the DMV. I called this location to get some directions. I was put on hold for 4 minutes. I called back and explained that I need the location in order to make my appointment. I was given the incorrect address. The lady on the phone, said she was with a patient and I would have to wait. Is there only one person who works at such a big place? It was really more upsetting the demeaning way she spoke to me. No compassion, kindness or empathy. Just a number to them. Isn't it time we start demanding to be treated like customers and not cattle?

First time visit on 2/1/20, took my baby girl of 18 months in for 104.7 fever for a couple days running. This hospital was by far the cleanest, friendliest, and most organized I've eve . Seen. I really do wish I could remember every person who came to assist and help with our visit. The nurses and P.A all the way random floor nurses were all genuinely kind, caring, and there to help. I dont usually write reviews but this is a must. To all the members of this emergency room THANK YOU for treating us with respect and kindness. And for taking care of my daughter you are the real heroes of the world. And for being so knowledgeable in your field it really shows how much you love your jobs!!! Keep up the amazing work!!!

I had an MRI about 3 years ago at a different facility and it was a horrible experience. When my Dr ordered another one I was dreading it. However at this facility a gentleman named Steve was so polite and helpful, he made the MRI much less difficult for me. His level of care and concern was outstanding.

Dr. Mann and his team were very efficient, kind and communicated well. They did an excellent job of reviewing all areas to determine what made my wife feel so bad
