        Great experience for my ct scan. Wonderful team, minimal wait time. I will keep going to SMIL 1-17&DOVE VALLEY for all my imaging needs.

        I used to have a good review for this place but things went downhill. They had clearer images than other practices but now the images have been blurry. Also they told me part of my MRI was covered by insurance then had to fight with them for over 8 months getting constant bills for over $800 and they finally got it through their adjustment department. I only have to pay 15% of the bill but they assured me from the get-go it was zero dollars totally covered by insurance.

        As soon as I arrived, the front desk was amazing. They took care of me right away and I also was called back for my exam in less than 2 minutes. I was nervous since it was my first MRI but the team was very patient and kind. They even played my favorite music during the exam. Great customer service and attention.
