There is a difference between "yoga" and "stretching." At Desert Song, they are proficient with that difference and teach accordingly. You will find top-notch teachers with a practice that integrates all parts of the human. Best yoga studio I know of.

Desert Song Yoga teachers care deeply for the students personally, and in their physical asana practice. Their teachings incorporate proper alignment of the joints so the body is protected. Students are encouraged to honor their bodies and enjoy the process. Stretch. Balance. Strengthen. Breathe. :)
