AVOID this PHARMACY!! waited an hour for our prescription when they told me 20mins. Go to pay and they say my insurance shows rejected and if i want to pay full price $88 then i can get my sick childs meds. Told the boy at the front deskthere is nothing wrong with my insurance and to try and check again..he suggested i try another store but they all use the same system Went outside and called my RX ins representative says my insurance is active and fine I should pay $5 for it. He suggested to have the walgreens tech call and they would have confirmed with him. Told him the front counter boy didnt want to lift a finger to help us so im going to CVS instead and avoid the incompetence all together. This is unacceptable

I've been in line for over 1/2 hour to drop off my prescription because I cannot walk for obvious reasons please see photo. I finally come up to the window and nobody is at the window. After 12 more minutes a woman comes to the window saying she's understaffed.
