Love this place. I always find what I need and more. I was looking for something specific and one of the Employees could see I was lost. The employee Krystal did not hesitate to ask if she could help me. Thanks to her I did not have to wonder up and down every Isle trying to find what I was looking for. She was very kind and helpful. Made my shopping a lot easier.

Our house needs some touch ups and nobody can be their at that time. So I took my sweet dog to Pet Hotel at PetsMart. It was emotional because in 3 years I've never been apart from my dog. The staff at PetsMart are great. I appreciate what they're doing for me. Highly recommended.

They always have what I need for my pets needs from food, treats, grooming, to beds. I have 3 dogs, 1 cat, 6 fish in a pond and 2 rabbits. Full house with great animals.

Found a cat carrier there after a few other places. Should have gone here first. Loads of different cat foods to try if you need to.

The people at the store are very kind and compassionate. They have a good grooming department. Unfortunately as with all the stores there are certain shipping supply shortages but from what I understand they are doing their best! I have a very finicky cat that will only eat certain serial numbers of a certain brand of cat food and they are very respectful when it comes to returning the unused cat food. It is challenging to say the least, and they are very understanding. I do not understand the mechanism upon which he chooses his food but he's on the money with the serial numbers as to whether he likes it or not every time 100% of the time! There have been times where I have been forced to buy a carton of a variety of flavors and they accepted the other flavors that my pet will not eat as donations to help pets in need I would assume. What I particularly appreciate is the fact that they don't look at me like I have two heads when I go to return the unused cat food! I never know what my pet will eat or what won't eat until after I purchase it. The serial numbers change all the time as new supplies come in. I am forced to either buy all of it or one of it and then return to the store and hope that the number that he likes is still around so it is a no-win situation for me LOL! When I purchase at the grocery stores they are not so accommodating. Not sure if this information is valuable to anybody but I thought I would take the time and express my gratitude nevertheless.
