Truly Nolen Pest Control

Benito Ochoa came out even though he was supposed to have the afternoon off so he could take care of a termite problem. I have had this termite contract for 17 years with Truly Nolan and they have taken care of any problem I had. They are very busy right now but a great value and service!

We have lived in our house for 48 years. and we count on Truly Nolen to keep the value up by making it free of pests and as safe as possible. We have regular service inside and outside. As well, over the years, we have had services when we had problems with bites or infestation and we were very satisfied. We also have had Roof Rat protection which we maintain on a yearly basis. We feel that it is really important to the long-term value of our home. I always like to recommend Truly Nolen to all of my neighbors.

EDIT/UPDATE Bob came this morning from Truly Nolen, and was very positive and happy to be here. Not only did he listen to my concerns but also addressed all of them willingly. He retreated my kitchen and bathrooms, and finished what was expected from the previous service. Bob completely treated my back yard for all pests and then some. He went above and beyond. This service was a complete turn around. I AM A TRULY NOLEN HAPPY CUSTOMER. I will be recommending them to friends and family. THANK YOU! Still in the process and recently had our first visit about a week ago. I was not home for the initial treatment. I was told this service would be complete top to bottom. Needless to say, the crevices around my property were not treated, around my pool was not treated (water source for scorpions), webs were not removed from my property, and more. The tech seem like he was just doing a job instead of taking care of a "Truly Nolen" family member like they call it. I have a second tech coming out in a few days to retreat the missed areas. Will review next service as it comes. I know I listed I was not here during visit, glad I reviewed my cameras. Everyone has a bad day so I'm giving them another chance for %100 satisfaction.
