Called on a Saturday. Person who answered was driving. It was requested that we allow a phone call later that evening. This was after inquiring about our requests, needs, etc. We did not receive a response that evening or the following day. We texted a message with another inquiry and requested a response regardless. Three days later and we have heard nothing. Why would I want to utilize this business at this point? Dependability and follow through is clearly lacking.

I recently rented from Tropical Breeze for a party and they were fantastic! One machine comes with two sides, so I ordered the margarita and hurricane mixes. All I had to supply was the liquor. The husband and wife team of owners coordinated everything with me to make sure the machine was everything I needed and that the party went off without a hitch. They delivered the machine hours before my party started so that it would be frozen in time, showed me how to operate and refill it, and even left behind extra mixes in case I needed more. They worked with me to deliver and pick up the machine when it worked for me, and were overall a wonderful company to work with. I will definitely be calling them again for my next party.
