I can't describe how happy we are that we went with Hacienda Rentals for our cooling needs. We had a June wedding here in Phoenix. 105° the day of, we had an outdoor patio for cocktail hour and for guest to get fresh air during the reception. The fog misting fans were a huge hit and success! Huge, but quiet and cooled the entire patio perfectly! The mist feels like air conditioning, no one gets wet. Marc also went to our venue to check power source because the venue originally said we needed an extra power drop which would have cost another $750 from the venue. Marc saw that the existing power was sufficient and saved us from paying that extra for unnecessary power drop. They blended beautifully and I couldn't imagine our night without it. Thank you so much!!! Highly recommend and would use again if needed. Wish I had the chance to meet you in person.

Absolutely the worst company. Never answers the phone or returns messages!  We ordered some equipment and after 9 messages and texts they tell us two day prior to the event they rented the items to someone else. No call, no communication. Do not rely on these people for your events.
