Transfered from a Smile Straight in another state. The out of state one was wonderful. This one, on the other hand, was not. We had problems with popped brackets, a few times they popped off before we ever returned home. Wires consistently loose and/or poking her. When calling to explain issues and request repairs, sometimes could not be seen for over a week. When we transfered, we were told that she had about a year left with her braces. We are over 1.5 years since transferring and now they want to pull off her brackets and put new ones on, still a few months out before they say she's done with braces. I wouldn't be upset if her appointments were actually tightening things up. But they just changed her bands and sent her on her way. With covid procedures, talking to the ortho about the status of her teeth is very difficult. I have another child that needs braces as well, and will be researching other places.
