Epic Family Dental Care

When I came to Phx as a refugee, the Catholic Service referred me for “service” to a doctor named Hiep Vanta who owned this practice. Unfortunately, I only had one broken tooth. The other teeth were good and needed nothing but that one repair. That man destroyed a few of my teeth, drilled my healthy teeth and put fillings, so he could charge as much as possible. I hope they used the money they earned for something useful.

I've had a string of bad experiences with dentists in the past but I think I've found the practice that I will stick with from now on. I was refereed to this practice by another dentist closer to home but since I needed an extraction with sedation I was pointed to Epic. The staff and dentist are friendly and professional and practically bent over backwards to help me out. In the end I had my extraction done and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I left the office feeling like I was properly cared for, during recovery I wasn't in any unnecessary pain because the dentists knew what he was doing; I have no doubt that it was a complicated procedure but he managed to get it done inside a half hour. The only thing that's slightly off about this place is the fact that their practice is out of a renovated house but you shouldn't judge them by the store front because they are a fully functioning office. I would and will highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the good work guys!
