1 star for the male employee that actually did his job, and seemed to be the only employee actively interacting with customers and offering assistance. Assistant manager (female) is beyond lacking in qualification, personality, customer service skills, and couldn't be more unfriendly or unhelpful. Horrible company culture at this store, the worst shopping experience (Only at this location). We have a family of six and our own business. We spend a ton on school supplies, office supplies etc, and experiences like this will just have me ordering from amazon and Walmart or target. It's a shame that people like their assistant manager ruin their reputation. Won't be back until they start turning employees over. I'm sure the assistant manager won't last long. She is better qualified away from customers and humans, possibly animals and everything else living. Nasty woman, horrible experience.

1. Prices are triple what they are on Amazon. Only shopping here because we are on the road and I needed paper and a USB 2.0 like now. 2. Brad either needs to be issued a personality, or be moved to the shipping dock.

We purchased a chair for my husband at this store, assembled by the rep at the store, not by us, and the female part of the bolt where one of the arms attaches to the body of the chair is stripped and the bolt will not stay attached/in place, which affects the functionality of the chair. After purchasing the "guarantee" from Asurion, they (Asurion) will not cover the chair repair/replacement as it does not fall within their guidelines. Keep in mind that the chair has never been used. It was purchased in Phx by my parents, and it has not been able to be given to my husband as we live in an entirely part of the state, and we have not been able to get together with my parents, who have the chair, to pick it up. Very disappointed.

This store is Going Out of Business the day this review was written. Some deals to be had, but the store is pretty picked over. I believe I viewed 2 MFC printers (total, not 2 different printers with stock, but 2 printers total and I think they were the same model), a few monitors (I think there were 3 different monitors with 1 each, and they were FHD (1920x1080, just different physical sizes) and SD Cards (Lexar, micro and full size SD cards in different capacities - 32GB -> 128GB) in the computer area. Surprisingly the prices were pretty high, and then they give you the Going Out of Business which ended with some prices still being a bit high, IMHO. If you plan on going to see if you can get a deal on the items you are interested in, you need to go now. Again this was at the time this review was written, very fluid situation.
