        We have ordered Jewel Tip for Film /mylar tip size .35 mm and .25 mm on 10th of October from Turkey and we also realized prepayment.Until now there is still no progress on delivery time.I had sent several e-mails to them just to get the information on delivery status of the goods and only got reply once after several attempts.There is only only one lady in the company .You may think that you are working with a professional company but based on my experience I certainly say that this is not true.I now expect them to return our payment back.I will continue to trace the matter and share the outcome with you in this platform.
