I have been using PSI since I upgraded my plotter about 6-7 years ago. They provided great technical advice on the used plotter I was looking to purchase at that time. They offered additional technical support a while back to find and help configure a new 64-bit printer driver when we changed operating systems. They have all the supplies I need and ship them to me quickly. They have always been there for me when I need them.
