I feel that the impact panel especially by one lady was extremely ridiculous. She not only revealed where the $45 fee actually went to. Which was very disturbing to me being that I caused no one no kind of damage or harm but yet I am being made toupee for someone else's hospital bills chair or whatever I believe that to be wrong. Not only that she proclaimed that her daughter was a victim of a drunk driving crash and she also proclaimed how responsible and how outstanding citizen her daughter was but she put all the blame on the other drunk driver when there were actually two drunk drivers involved in the crash in which her daughter that is so responsible was actually in the vehicle with an underage drunk driver and got killed. I am sorry for her loss however that being said the lady I will not mention her name needs to review what a victim of a drunk driving crash. Her so-called responsible daughter was not a victim just as the other girl that was driving the vehicle was charged with a DUI why was she not considered a victim this is a bad oversight of the true meaning of victim. Not only that I have been waiting 13 days for a certificate that should have been handed to me when I completed the class however because I have no access to the internet however because I did not register online that they would mail me my certificate., which here it is 13 days later and I still have no certificate. Have made multiple phone calls and never do I get to speak to a real human being. And yet all of DUI cases in Arizona are mandated to take this class and pay when they did no damage bodily harm or anyting to a victim. I feel that I am a victim not of DUI but of MADD. This is causing me major issues with my PO. Thank you MADD for your professionalism. I will be writing a letter about this organization to whoever I need to to get this issue resolved I will be involving the news channels also.

VIP. Abysmal. Introductory remarks were fine, but presentation by bereaved and aggrieved mother was wretched. Videos of deceased daughter set to music, rant against daughter's "privileged" friend who was driving but unpunished due to money and connections, photos of daughter's body at scene. All sympathy to mother, but this accomplished nothing except to indulge mother and alienate at least some of crowd from MADD. Good work.
