Avoid this company at all cost. My son gets respite hours through DDD and because of his extreme fear and anxiety of strangers, he was approved to get respite hours from his grandpa. We had his grandpa signup through this company and it has been an absolute nightmare! He completed his Article 9 course and along with all AZA United's other requirements and nothing. They stopped all communication via phone or email with myself, my wife, and my son's grandfather. The only person they will talk to is my son's DDD support coordinator but they are still giving us the run around even there. As anyone whom has respite hours knows, if you have hours there are certain periods to use them. Well my son has 210 hours of respite care that expire at the end of this month that aren't getting used and they don't rollover when his new hours start. This process was started on June 15th and still isn't completed! AZA United is a horrible company that doesn't care. Please save yourself the headache and go else where!

Ive worked at AZA for about 2 years and, while my experience as an employee has been fantastic, the more important aspect is the clients. AZA has always been focused in trying to help kiddos build confidence and be able to self-advocate for themselves. As a provider, I felt like the most important part of my job was making sure my clients felt confident in expressing who they are and what they need, and providing a safe environment for them to flourish and grow into even more wonderful human beings.
