I got a Gua Sha Massage, she broke up knots and tension I had been holding untouched for years. It was very relaxing and not at all painful. I'm excited to get more treatments and see the full benefits of mind, body, soul alignment and healing.

I have been seeing Dr. Bayrd and Dr. Christy since the beginning of 2023. Their approach towards the healing process is different than any other spiritual and naturopathic healers. Numbness in my hands is what made me try Guiding Elements. It had been at least 15 years since I have been suffering and been going to Chiropractors for relief. Numbness never went away. At a friends referral I decided to give them a try. They take time to go to the root cause of physical and emotional ailments their patient might be suffering from. Once the cause is identified they walk you through to clear and cleanse the issues. I have healed many traumas and issues that I had been suffering for decades. I am still working through other spiritual healings and can see the results in my life. I am a happier person, full of hope and confidence. With so much success that I have with Dr. Bayrd and Dr. Christy, I recommend them to anyone who is suffering from any kind of disease or is just looking to achieve ones spiritual goals and find life purpose. I never imagine my life would change so much in such a short period of time, the work they do is just magical! Much gratitude and love.

I have been dealing with hormonal acne for as long as I can remember. I tried EVERYTHING to get rid of the acne and clear my skin. For years I was testing creams, face washes, antibiotics, face scrubs, etc. Nothing was working. I was recommended to chat with Dr. Delight by one of my trusting childhood friends, Kari Throm (I am forever grateful to Kari for this). Dr. Delight and I started meeting and uncovering many layers of my childhood and past experiences. We worked through many areas of my life that I had never talked about with anyone or even thought about. Parts of my mind and body needed some more love and attention. The work we were doing together was lifting weights off my shoulders, I have learned to LOVE myself again and accept past experiences and celebrate my inner goddess. I have never felt better or more confident in myself and where I am in my life right now. My acne has been gone for about two months now, I cant remember the last time my skin was this clear. I am forever grateful to Dr. Delight for her patience and support. I hope that anyone else out there dealing with bad acne or skin could experience the work we did together!

So before I started therapy, I was dealing with a heap of anxiety and self esteem issues. I didnt put any value on myself other than negative ones, and felt like I was never at peace because of this. Through the guided sessions with Dr. Delight, I have been able to place some healthy values on myself and see my thoughts differently. I now have a sense of clarity in regards to my thoughts. Because of this my anxiety seems to be at a minimal by comparison of the extremes it used to be at. I now feel more in control of my thoughts and more comfortable with myself. While I used to be a skeptic, and apprehensive towards the idea of therapy, I am glad that I have gone through it. It has been an experience that has granted me a healthier perception of my self and equipped me with knowledge that will serve me for the rest of my life.

The moment I entered the Guiding Elements medical practice of Dr. Christy and Dr. Delight I knew my healing journey was is in good hands. I not only immediately felt relaxed and at ease by the serenity of their office space, but more importantly, by the very presence of the doctors. I knew I had found the place for me that treated me and my body as a whole. Both Dr. Christy and Dr. Delight bring such wisdom using the patient's body as the communication vessel, listening very carefully to that unique vessel! They work in beautiful tandem, covering the physical, mental and emotional parts that make-up who we are. I have had severe digestive and immune issues due to a botched childhood operation along with childhood trauma, seeing many doctors over the years with symptoms that continued to linger. After I began working with them, I began feeling the root causes being peeled away to achieve ultimate healing. I know my body well and it is finally being heard! I am grateful for these two incredible women who happen to be incredibly wise, intelligent and kind doctors!
