More expensive than most other nail places in the area but worth it. Great quality, clean, doesn't have that lacquer smell that some have.

I had originally made an appointment with Kathy for SNS gel, however they told me I need to get acrylic. As Kathy was going to start on my nails someone else came in and asked for gel so they had someone else come over to do my nails. He was a tall male (didn't get his name), he starts asking what I want I tell him... everything's off to an ok start but then he starts making weird comments that's made me uncomfortable -- for instance the front desk girl had walked by and he asks "do you think she's cute" and I said, "oh I think she's nice" and he responds "you should date her". It was so out of left-field and completely inappropriate. Anyway, he starts shaping my nails (I wanted a short almond) and he makes my ring finger way too short, so I ask him if we can make them longer. At that point he gets frustrated and walks away... so then I'm switched to another artist, ruby-- I tell her the same thing I asked him was for my ring finger to be a little longer. She goes through the whole acrylic process and doesn't make any changes to the length. When she goes to start the French tip I ask her to make the line a little thicker on my left hand to match my right hand and she gets so upset and says "the don't have to be similar". I was shocked. Truly never received so much push back at a nail salon in my life. The most unprofessional experience and I walked away paying $90 for nails that are uneven, poorly done and not to mention they charged an additional $15 for chrome that turned out so inconsistent. I would not recommend. I had no issue with Jennifer who did my gel pedicure. She was very kind and had a pleasant experience. I will say, the girl at the front desk asked about my experience and I did say it wasn't the best and explained what happened. She was apologetic and explained she would let the owner know and gave me $2 off (laughable honestly).
