Pinky's Nails are great. All their technicians are well trained and do a great job. I leave there very happy after a relaxing hour or so. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

This place used to be good but is now unsanitary, unclean and rude. To start the man at the front desk is unfriendly and curt. I was dubious when getting my pedicure because it looked like the tools were not sanitized. Lindsay barely skimmed over cleaning up my toes and didnt take any time to file then to match. The chairs seemed like they hadnt been clean and their was gunk built up around the remotes. Lindsay didnt do a second coat of polish on my toes yet insisted she did. The 10 minute timer for the massage was not set for 10 minutes. She was using the same tools from my pedicure on my nails. Looking at the tools she used closely I could see they were filthy and gunk was built up underneath. Signs every about CASH ONLY for tips posted all over. Dont trust this place. I think its highly probable to get an infection from this place. Services: Manicure, Pedicure

I made an appointment over the phone, a few days ago for 2. I told the owner what we each needed.  When I arrived, I checked in and told him we were there. When he confirmed the appointment info, he didn't have the right type of service and I corrected him. He then told me that's not what I said!!  Of course, I responded that's exactly what I said and maybe he just misunderstood. But he continued to argue!  He was rude. He tried again explaining that I need to tell them the services correctly, as he was short staffed. I told him again, I did exactly that, as I have in the past. I told him he could have approached it much better and maybe it would have been a different situation.  Many reviews actually say the man at the front is rude. I just happen to know he is also the owner. I never thought he was super friendly, but that didn't bother me as much,as his employed do a good job. But today was the topper!!
