I never write reviews but I feel compelled to share my experience now that I am thankfully healed up….The lady doing my pedicure was so rough and cut me so bad with the callus remover that I got an infection within 24 hours and had to take a 7 day course of antibiotics. I could not walk on my foot for 3 weeks. When it all happened, they were completely apathetic, didn’t care that I was bleeding everywhere, and I said to the lady “I’m bleeding badly and you hurt me” and she tried to just continue on with the service! So she finished what she could by cleaning me up, putting a band aid on me and as I got up to hobble out of there, they had me pay full price for the pedicure! I was flabbergasted but in so much pain I didn’t have it in me to argue. When I got to my car I and actually looked at the cut I almost passed out it was so bad! Terrible terrible experience. Completely unprofessional nail spa and I will never go back. Service: Pedicures

I believe this salon is so unprofessional ,untalented nail salons in Phoenix. Save your money and time. They respect neither.
