    This used to be my favorite theatre but it has really gone downhill since Covid. We got there early and ordered food (half the items on the menu were unavailable). The boneless wings arrived 30 mins later barely at room temperature and I had to go back to the lobby to track down our drinks. The seats were in need of repair and there was a large hole where my drink holder should have been. It would appear that it had been that way for a while as there were garbage inside the hole. I know that staffing is difficult for them like many other business but it is difficult to enjoy the experience with cold food and unmaintained seats.

    They should re-name this the "Sort Of Dine In". Been going here for years but will likely not return after last night's experience. Instead of ordering your food and beverages from the comfort of your seat you have to stand in a line for your adult beverages and a separate line for your food. Half the appetizers AND entrees weren't even available to order! When I asked the manager for a refund I was advised their system was down and I'd need to request it at a later time or he could give us vouchers....so they can take payments but not refund them? Right......

    Was not impressed. They we out of alot of food items. Dirty and seats we not comfy. Need to be replaced.

    I got A-List pass and decided to check this AMC out thinking Dine In meant a nice remodeled restaurant/movie experience. I WAS WRONG. The seats were breaking beneath us and they were very uncomfortable. They're was little to no instruction on how to order anything so when we wanted to order something while in the movie we were baffled that there wasn't any buttons or way to call our server. We've gone to the Alamo in Tempe as well as Studio Movie Grill both of which had a call button or way to flag down our server. Aside from all of this mayhem you have to pay $16 in parking. Mind you parking at any other theater is free. Even fashion square parking is free. I'm not coming back to this location unless a change in seating and parking is made. I highly suggest going out of your way to go to another theater DEFINITELY NOT this one.

    Was a big fan of this place prior to Covid which I know the industry is trying to recover from. I get it. So they removed the seat call buttons and the servers. No option to order from your seat when you arrive anymore and no heads up on the change when buying your tickets. They do advertise a delivery to seat but do not explain the change in business model from what I can tell. This location was always a true dine in theater with servers. You have to order in advance when buying your ticket or at the front counter (and that includes drink refills). Received food but never drinks. After two attempts to get the sodas and them retrying to charge a seat delivery fee when we never received the first drinks we gave up and got our money back. Really confusing and inconvenient system for eating there which was the entire point of driving across town to that theater. Why not allow the customer to order from their smart phone up to at least 15 mins into start of movie to minimize theater distraction? No more a distraction than speaking with a server and it would help towards satisfying the experience of going to a dine in theater to begin with. Id consider returning if they ever choose to go back to their old business model. Again, I know the industry has suffered from the pandemic which is likely why they changed to new model but your food runners arent making up for it if it takes this much work to get a Diet Coke? This just wasnt fun or worth the money at all, AMC. :(
