They made me pay to advertise there shop in the form of a 20$ hat. Good way to make me not come back as a first time customer. Needed tge hat cause im bald. So of course i paid with a frown.

I have used the wheel shop for years but not anymore..
3 months ago I gained a leak on the transmission of my 2016 Harley Davidson Rd. glide. I called The Wheel Shoppe and they were able to get me in to get the bike repaired. Once I receive the bike back after one ride it was still leaking, not as bad but still leaking. I took the bike back to The Wheel Shoppe where Sean explained he had no idea why it would keep leaking but that he would look into it and try and fix it. I got the bike back, Sean explain to me that the leak had stopped and they had not seen any type of leak on this third go around. Shawn also explained that he was out of ideas if it leaked again just to let it leak and let be what be. I explain to Sean that the nature of the leak was blowing oil on my rear tire and extremely dangerous while riding. Sean explained if it leaks again theres nothing more that he can do and he wanted to wash his hands of the deal. I took the bike on a 200 mile ride the next morning only to find out that the bike was leaking worse now than it was originally. I called Sean and he explained that he was out of ideas and that I would need to take it somewhere else. I already paid the wheel shop close to $500 for the repair with no resolve. I took the bike to Buddy Stubbs Harley Davidson in Phoenix Arizona and paid an additional $500 to Buddy Stubbs. I am happy to say that the bike is no longer leaking, but I am still out $500 to The Wheel Shoppe for a Repair that was not done correctly. I called and I spoke to Sean Wednesday, March 16 and I Understand that he had time into the bike but I deserve at least some part of a refund for the repair that was not done correctly. Sad to say I will no longer use a shop in the future.
