Big thank you to Rich and the team! I had a horrible experience with the lender prior to them. To say that I was nervous to go thru this process again would be an understatement, but they made everything go so smooth. It was so refreshing to have a team that actually knows what they are doing! Their communication skills are top notch and I would recommend them to anyone. I am so grateful to them!

Everything was amazing the first couple of weeks, they were attentive and professional.. the last couple of weeks prior to closing, they turned into a nightmare. They wouldn’t answer the phone, wouldn’t call back, wouldn’t reply to emails. I would get told someone would contact me, and several days would go by before I’d hear from anyone.. This was the case for many of the time sensitive documents as well.

Rich reminded me why I had used this company many years ago for a Refi on a different home. Rich was organized and attentive to my needs. We created a goal to make it to my objective. He was also very attentive to my unique situation and fixing issues. I did have some work to put in but with Rich working along side me, it didn't feel like work. It was nice to have someone with a personality as some shared laughs happened over some obstacles for improving my credit. Which we did successful reach the goal. I appreciated the realistic goal and a hopeful goal. Rich even managed to take away all my anxiety over this process. I appreciate the discussions and being educated in areas I didn't understand. It really help set our realistic goal. Thank you for hearing me and helping me meet my goal! Hit them up, you won't be disappointed.
