I'm a local Realtor and have worked with Dan White on many transactions and know him well. He not only has top notch communication throughout the buying process, which is one of the most important things when choosing a lender, but also does an exceptional job educating his clients beforehand and helping them decide which financing option is right for them and their needs. I've had a few transactions that would have fallen through if they were with a lesser skilled lender, but Dan White has the passion and drive to work through every possible scenario to try and make those close-calls successfully close.
