Craig is extremely professional. He has worked patiently to get me and my husband in a home for a long time. He was honest about what I needed to do to get qualified to finally get loan approval. During the loan process he answered all our questions, followed up with all involved parties and kept the process moving along so our loan closed on the scheduled date. Thank you summer lending solutions. Specifically Craid Pribyl. Craig was awesome. When he says he's on it believe me he's on it. If there was something that needed signing or paperwork that the lender needed we were informed right away. I thought my first home purchase experience was going to be more stressful. Craig was fantastic to work with. No matter what we threw at him he took everything in stride and made sure our loan and all documents were bullet proof. He put in a great word for us when we wrote our offers and did everything in his power to help us secure our new home. We definitely had a once in a life time experience working with Craig! Update: It's been two years and through another home buying & selling experience, Craig was fantastic as always! He made everything feel like a breeze and he truly treats his clients like family, going the extra mile.
