The CarterMosier Group helped me to both purchase and sell my home in Phoenix. In both instances, they provided detailed market analysis (the best I have seen) an eye for the finer details, solid consultation and guidance helping me achieve the best results (for me). We could not have asked for better agents than Mike and Aaron. From our first conversation with them, it was evident that they truly take pride in everything they do (house viewings, market research/analysis, lender coordination etc.) but more importantly they genuinely care about their clients. Buying a house is never easy, but Aaron and Mike have made this process seamless. They truly are the best in the business and consistently go the extra mile to ensure their clients are supported, informed and comfortable with all decisions. Asking Mike and Aaron to represent us during our real estate journey, was one of the best decisions we have made and strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/lease/sell a house (they do it all). There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are that we got to work with these two exceptional agents.

Why limit them to 5 stars when they deserve 100?! We feel so incredibly lucky to have been introduced to Aaron and Mike. As first time home buyers we were completely naive about all that lied ahead of us. Aaron and Mike kindly and confidently took the reigns and led us through the process, promptly answering all of our questions along the way. From the first phone call we felt comforted and taken care of. They introduced us to mortgage and insurance brokers, handled all scheduling of our inspections, and made the process extremely easy on us. Aaron and Mike are great educators and were a tremendous resource to us as first time home buyers. We continue to trust them when it comes to looking for additional work on our house. They have referred us to our go-to handyman and electrician! Aaron and Mike helped us drill down on what we were looking for and instilled total confidence in us. We can't thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do for us. We often said, "do we have to stop hanging out with you guys after we close?" because we loved our time with them so much.
