I needed to be fingerprinted for licensure. As a physician, I have very difficult fingerprints to capture due to poor dermal ridges from frequent handwashing. I found Bob's website after scrolling past some of the slicker websites offering printing services. I was incredibly impressed with Bob's experience and qualifications. I called and made an appointment. Bob is truly an expert and I master at obtaining difficult prints. He has an impressive array of tricks up his sleeve to get the best possible prints. I would say that he is easily a world class expert in the field. I have had my prints taken at least 9 times by various agencies and none of the operators have come close to Bob's level of expertise. He also was very familiar with the particular documentation that the medical board requires. He is also extremely personable and has an impressive number of stories, criminology related and otherwise, to share during the process. If that isn't enough, his current prices are embarrassingly low compared to the other companies advertising similar services AND he offers free duplicate prints if the first set is rejected. Bottom line: Bob is the real deal. If you need fingerprints in the Valley, he is the only rational option.
