Please do not pay any bill you receive from this place. They are committing billing fraud and I am currently working with UHC to resolve it. They somehow retrieve patient information and bill people who they have never seen. I’m curious how things like this happen repeatedly. Insurance companies need to better protect us with more auditing because scammers like this are taking advantage of innocent people. If they billed your insurance company you need to contact them immediately.

If I could give a zero I would. Likely FAKE collection agency. I received a voicemail from this group I have never heard of and a group who certainly I nor my family have EVER received care through; they had zero information on my "newborn". Clearly a collections company; however, they NEVER answer their phones. I spent ten minutes trying different routes to get someone to answer their phone lines, exercise in futility. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THESE CRIMINALS.

We had twins that required a 4 month hospital stay. 2 months for my wife, and 2 months for the twins. Today we just received a bill 4 months after service. The bill does not specify what services were performed. This is the second time this has happened. This happened previously from services 9 months ago. I called to find out why our insurance had not covered it. I was given a phone number (for a different facility I guess) to call to ask about billing - the lady I talked to said she had no record of our visit. The very next day we received a notice from collections. This is an unacceptable billing practice. The communication on the matter has been weak and pathetic. We are not a rich family, yet we pay all our bills on time (as long as we know WHAT we are paying for). We pay a lot for health insurance so that we don't get stuck with outrageous bills.

They send false billing claims , some how when UHG ended there contract with them, they have got access to patients information , what they do is , charge you for the same service which you got from your doctor in the name of other doctor and location, very fraudulent kind of group

Billing department is a nightmare. Rude, refuses to communicate with my insurance and wont return phone calls.
