1st off, very clean and presentable office. The front counter receptionist are as nice as could be, and so is the rest of the Stagg. MY new primary Mathew Downey is very nice, very professional, and not like other Dr's that just want to push prescriptions. I'm very happy to be in good hands with people who actually care.

This was my 1 st time at optima medical from the time I walked through the door I was treated well. My medical assistant took the time to make sure I understood my follow up appointments My provider Mathew was great I didnt feel rushed and all of my needs was met I would definitely tell anyone looking for a health care provider to go to optima medical I give them 10 stars

We are new to the area and my son needed medical attention. I went down the list of providers and many weren't taking new patients. Well, all three of us need checkups and, so, I was a bit unnerved. I found Options Tatum Highlands... they are taking new patients! Nice facility, nice staff... they know what they're doing! It isn't the closest facility to our home; but, it will be OUR clinic going forward. I was born and raised in Rochester, MN. I've seen elite medical, first-hand. I'm very comfortable making Optima my family's choice for medical needs. The only reason my 16 year-old didn't give five stars is because he is a bit draconian that way. Great job, Optima!
