        Absolutely horrible. After driving over 50 miles from my home a very rude lady was very insulting about my weight indicating I was too fat to be seen. I was four pounds over the weight she said. I have many of these and have never been questioned about my size. To make it worse she humiliated me in front of a lobby full of people who could hear every word. I have never been treated like that in my life.
