I hope the providers that I see stick around despite the disorganized set up of this place. Medical advice is good, but man--the office structure, the delays, nurses chit-chatting instead of working o_0 whew

My wife very recently made an appointment with this clinic and received some of the worst service imaginable. While some of the staff were friendly and professional, my wife was left unattended during her check in for over an hour. When asking about the cause of the delay, a woman who claimed to be writing up my wifes chart very rudely told my wife to be patient. After a small exchange my wife decided to cancel her appointment, and again the woman who was writing the chart had (with hostility in her voice) said that my wife was being billed regardless, followed with a very sarcastic bye as she turned away from my wife, leaving her to speak with the original employee from the front desk. The likelihood that this review will make an impact on an improvement of service is slim, but we also made sure to contact our insurance company, who also gave us contact information to file a complaint with the Arizona Medical Board.

Dr. Hawks was awesome!!! I just called to try and get my prescriptions filled which Ive been taking for years.. I recently lost my insurance. Tried to speak with a manager and was put on hold for the lady to just come back and say you need to pay out of pocket if you want your refills. WOW!!! Whom ever is running this place is definitely running it into the ground.. will NEVER go back again..

This was my first time ever looking for a primary care Doctor. Never needed a doctor before and this has left a complete lackluster experience. Aside from getting some test results back I will never be returning, the doctor was not very friendly, did not listen, and falsely diagnosed abdominal pain when at no point did I mention any pain. Waste of time, and money.
