    Vasco is by far the worst provider I have been to. They are unethical and lack luster in their services from start to finish. I unfortunately had to deal with them multiple times. I needed Injectafer (iron). I want to start by saying I had to go three times to successfully get it because they could not get an iv line in the two previous times. Even worse than that... they billed my insurance and are now sending me bills and threatening to send me to collections for all three visits as if I received the infusions. I would have had serious side effects and multiple health consequences if I had gotten all three. Examples of those would be (too much iron can lead to life-threatening conditions, such as liver disease, heart problems and diabetes). It’s ironic too because after they could not get the line in a second time, per their staff’s recommendation, I was sent to a hospital to ask them to run my levels because if it was low enough, I would qualify for a blood transfusion rather than an iron infusion. So I did that. I received a blood transfusion, had my levels re-ran 48 hours later and only needed the iron slightly. So I showed up for my third visit with Vasco, they managed to get a line in. I got one dose and again, they’re billing me and my insurance for all three including the two fails. I have all my EOBs and Claims, it’s funny too because it says my patient responsibility at the time of the claim being submitted was $0.00. They advised me they were an in network provider and then billed out of network rates. Their rep advised me that my patient responsibility would be limited due to the dates of service for the iron and a previous injection I had gotten from them yet they didn’t do that and when the billing department spoke with me the lady told me, “Well she shouldn’t have told you that, and we can’t help what order claims get submitted in and that’s just the way it happened. So the bill is valid.” I was appalled. I know this to be untrue as I own a medical facility personally. I have chats with their rep too where I am rescheduling the infusions due to inability to get an iv line in. If you have a chance to choose a provider/center don’t do this one. If you don’t have a choice record or document EVERYTHING, people, place, time, receipts, etc. Ask for visit summaries before you leave the building. Anything you can do to protect yourself and their unethical billing.

    I've personally had an excellent experience with Vasco every time I've been. I've been receiving my infusions with them every 8 weeks for the past 2 years or so. The providers are welcoming and professional and I trust my care to them. Every infusion I've had has gone seamlessly. I also work in healthcare at a large hospital in Phoenix and I think these folks deliver quality care. The building isn't modern and the space isn't either, but it's clean, comfortable, and well maintained.
