Mattress Firm North Mountain

I was sold a mattress topper and was told, by the store, that I could not return it when it caused significant back pain in only two nights of use. I tried calling customer service and was on hold for more than half an hour with no response. When directed to leave a message, I was told that the voicemail box was full. After that, I tried emailing customer service, which promised a 24 hour response time. It has been 36 hours and I have still not received a response. As it stands right now, I have wasted $340.00 and gotten nothing in return. This is a horrible way to do business.

Happy with my mattress I bought from here. James and Stephanie were a great helping me find a good mattress with a great warranty and all the other information I needed to know.

Raymond at Mattress Firm was really patient with me as a first-time mattress buyer. He got my husband and I a really good deal and threw in some extras. We had some issues with delivery and he called us multiple times to fix the situation. We love our new mattress and I would recommend this location of Mattress Firm if you want a place where you have time to make the right decision about a mattress.
