Was a good experience there because Antonio Payne was a good help to us with helping us find the best mattress there, he's an excellent sales associate and we definitely recommend him. Good job buddy!!

I purchase a king size mattress only previously purchased a very nice bed frame and box springs elsewhere after I purchase the mattress I realized it it was a horrible very uncomfortable mattress and attempted to return it. They stated that despite the fact that this was actually the second mattress that they had to deliver me because the first mattress was the wrong size they informed me that it was past their four-month Mark to be able to return the mattress no questions asked. So I proceeded with wildling a return through their warranty claim service online after over 8 emails going back and forth with their return Department they asked me to again Supply them with additional photos of not just their mattress which at this point when I filed the warranty was sagging more than 3 in and the inside Springs were beginning to poke through and cause me severe pain on my right leg. Let me first say their customer service is horrible and secondly the return policy is impossible you will never get a return processed through them they make it impossible for you to ever get a return done. I supplied them with numerous pictures as well as pictures of my very nice bed frames showing the support that it offered let me first say their customer service is horrible and 2nd Lane the return policy is impossible you will never get a return process through them they make it impossible for you to ever get a return done. I supplied them with newer pictures as well as pictures of my very nice bed frame showing the support that offer with 3 slats as well 6 additional legs and that was in addition to the bed frame itself that offered support on all four sides of the mattress and box springs.The mattress that we selected ended up being poor quality, very, very uncomfortable and definitely not worth the money. I will be filing a complaint with the Arizona attorney general's office on the next business day which should be Tuesday because they are closed for a holiday on Monday. This company should not allowed to be in business and it is no wonder that they are going out of business they are a horrible horrible company to purchase a bed from. I would not recommend purchasing a bed mattress box springs or anything else from them ever. I only hope that the Attorney General's office is able to assist me in getting my money back on this terrible mattress that is now causing me health issues due to the spring poking through the material and into my leg. I'm writing this review to save anyone else who from wasting their money. This company is a scam. The took my money for an extremely horrible mattress. This awful experience has been a waste of time, money and now has caused me health issues due to their extremely poor quality of their mattresses.
