I've had some great massages here over the years, and a couple of duds. This last one I had this weekend was the worst massage ever. Edit to add that I was contacted by the manager who was very gracious, apologetic, and eager to make things right!

First, the massage therapists were always amazing. My husband and I went in over a year ago, loved it and signed up for the monthly deal. Nothing but problems! We had been double charged numerous times. We went in to use credits and still were charged on top of the monthly fee when we did not do anything extra. Trying to get it fixed on our cards was a nightmare! And when we canceled the accounts, my husband still got charged! Never again! Worst billing and management ever! I feel bad for the MT because they do a great job! Now your response is you want me to sign up for a membership again!? So it can happen all over ! Do you even read the reviews or just hit a generic response?

Great massage with therapist Sharon. She really listens to your needs and addresses your areas of concern. Wonderful relaxing experience!

Just booked an appt two hours ago. And then had called back to ask to reschedule, due to a conflict. The lady at the front desk was not kind and terrible customer service. Thank you for not charging me a cancellation fee. However, I did want to reschedule my service. I appreciate you giving me a pass and noting my file as an offender of your policy, but no need to be unkind. I was a first time customer, and now no need to be a customer at all.
