Ive been coming to this spot since last year, and hands down to my Esthetician Kris M. She takes her time and ensure my time while getting facial is worth it. She is so gentle, and love how I could tell she loves her job because she gives me pointers on how to better take care of my face after the sessions. Hands down, recommend her 10/10. Will never let anyone touch my face besides her! I could tell that she is very knowledgeable and cares for her customers ask for her when you go!

What a disappointment! With every change in ownership and/or management, it has gotten worse and worse. The therapists are still great but management, the check in processes, front desk staff, and fees have progressively gotten worse. This management is the worst in my experience.
I was a member for over 14 years and made automatic payments monthly. I always maintained a current credit card on file. I initially had a monthly membership but switched to an every 2nd month membership when I had a number of accrued prepaid services. Then came COVID. I hadn't been in for a while and, when I resumed massages, had several banked massage plus points accrued to apply toward services. When I booked my most recent massage, I was told I had 1 prepaid massage on file & 9029 points (7000 points for regular massage; 9000 points for hot stone massage).
When I went to redeem my points, I was told I was no longer a member and, therefore, had no points! I never canceled my membership or missed a charge. At some point - without notice - they eliminated the every 2 months membership option. Instead of informing me of an upcoming change in memberships or giving me an option to use my unused prepaid and services within a certain timeframe, I was told "you're not an active member. There are no points on file". Spoke with manager, Melissa, who admitted the membership cancelation was their mistake but told me I "should have noticed" and refused to make any concessions or restore my lost credits. She was awful to deal with and, in looking at the reviews, continues to poison people's experiences.
This spa used to be amazing! I was a member for over 14 years. Steve and Craig - the owners when I joined - were AMAZING! Friendly, welcoming, treated their employees well, and remembered you from visit to visit. They even allowed existing members to stay at the monthly membership fee that was in place when they joined despite small increases over time. Things went downhill for members and staff alike when the ownership changed to Joy. The current owner & regime is the worst yet. Find another spa! I did.

Went to use some credits I had before they expire. The immediate availability was convenient however, the customer service have a lot of room for improvement. The guy in the front desk was very nice, when I explained what I was there for, he told me how to best utilize the credits before the expiration which I appreciate. Now, when I decided to update a facial to use 2 credits, one esthetician that was in the front area stated that she was not prepared to do my facial when literally she had no one in her schedule, but ok, she gave him another esthetician's name and problem solved. I had my updated facial which was ok, but not what I was expecting. Microderm that was very superficial and quick and she recommended red therapy light which lasted literally about 2 mins max. I can't tell the difference in my skin from before and after the facial. Also, she didn't touch my nose at all during the exfoliation session, even after saying that I had some blackheads. I told them I needed a face cleanser and I stated I was looking for a gel cleanser, they recommended one which was gel/foamy, when I used it this morning is cream/lotion consistency. And this morning I noticed I have 2 transactions in my card, one for the cleanser and another that was made after I left the place without authorization or receipt. Again, there's a lot of room for improvement, but definitely not a location I would return to or recommend someone else to go for facial needs.

I called a made 2 appointments for my friend and I as part of our girls day. I had to call twice because the first person I was speaking with, Sam got to the point to where we book the appointments and then disconnected. I had already given my phone number to him but after 30 seconds of waiting for him to call back, I ended up calling them. Sam was on the other line (weird) so a different lady helped me. The day of the appointment came and about 2-3 hours before my scheduled massage, I got a call my tech had an emergency and they had to cancel my appointment. There were no other appointments available that day so I asked to reschedule my friends to a day we both could get in. Janette advised me I would be charged a cancellation fee since it was within 24 hours. Stated there was nothing she could do as the system would automatically charge me once she canceled it. I asked for a manager only to be told they dont work weekends and she would schedule a call back for Monday or Tuesday. Fine. Tuesday afternoon comes and I still havent received a call. I call again and spoke with Jack who sounded just like Janette. She said all managers were in virtual training and they wouldnt be available for the next few days and again she would schedule a call back but this time advised Melissa would be calling back. I waited over a week and got nothing. I called again and the phone rang FOREVER. Finally when someone answered it ended up being a location in California that the call had rolled over to. I told her the situation and within minutes I was refunded. Seems like its just this location that struggles with customer service and hopefully this will help bring awareness to obtain better representatives.
