We have used SalesDouble for four years with very good results. I have been especially impressed with the quality of their support staff. The program is more than just cold calling, it's an entire relationship management system that allows us to interact 24/7 to know what's happening with our accounts and prospects. Salesdouble is a core component of our overall marketing program.

I am a small business owner with not a lot of marketing dollars, however I was intrigued by my first phone call from Sales Double. I just couldn't justify the cost at the time and frankly I was skeptical. I have tried my hand at cold calling and just could not get to the decision maker. I couldn’t imagine they could do better than me. Then I realized that my employees typically block sales calls for me and here I was talking to Sales Double. They obviously knew what to say. After a year of putting off taking the leap, I finally did! I am really happy with their services. I seem to get leads all the time and while most do not generate an account, I have had several that have and it's paid for itself. I am a big believer in timing and with the follow up of Sales Double, I will certainly be fresh in the minds of the potential clients when they need my service. I am sure I will be a customer of Sales Double for a long time.

Slick business model that requires an up front set-up fee. My experience was not a good one. They took zero effort to understand our business contrary to what they promised. They began cold calling prospects without having all of the supporting email content and marketing material in place. Basic graphic capabilities at best. Fired them after 3 painful months with only a handful of leads that had been provided as qualified candidates of interest. I spent time contacting the prospects who had absolutely no idea who I was and what I was calling for contrary to what their sales reps had stated. I called to cancel and our rep tried to get me to stay on longer which I do not have the time to do so I asked if they would give me the same term I had paid for with no charge as they refined their approach. Here is what I received verbatim in return: Thank you for your feedback today regarding your appointments. We make it clear from the beginning there are no promises or guarantees, except that we will always do whatever we can within our power to make this a successful campaign for you. However, you have made it clear you are dissatisfied with our services and therefore we feel at this point it is best to end this business relationship now. I have talked to operations and we are going to go ahead and release you from our services and waive your cancellation period. No more calls will be made on your behalf and no more charges will be made on your card. We wish you the best of luck! There are much better services to consider.
