The service provided by the store was outstanding. I bought a used flagpole off of Craigslist. It was missing the head/swivel and other parts. I worked with Ren Ren In getting everything I needed to make the pole functional again… even solar lights for the top! She was awesome to work with and the prices were very fair. I would strongly recommend them if you are looking for any assistance with a flagpole and flags. I was even able to get a tour of their shop and noted all of the flags are made by hand! Great company!!!

Work was professional. However, timing on both proposal and completion of the job was very slow and no follow up by company, I had to keep calling and pushing to get the job done. Additionally, the company charges an evaluation charge of $96.25 that was not disclosed and would not waive even though I did not ask for a Bid or Proposal, I ask to have it repaired or replaced as needed. It was replaced, and not cheaply. Ken said it is a cost of doing business that he passes along to his clients. "You will pay for it either way" he said.

Terrific customer service. Very friendly facility. Wide selection and well priced. Requested a large 30 X 50 flag and they had this dimension in stock. I recommend this company for ones flag requirements if you are seeking quality materials and workmanship. Look no further.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to buy a quality flag that’s made in America!!! I was looking for an American flag after I had recently purchased a flag elsewhere and found that it had quickly tattered in the wind. I noticed that the flag that I had purchased was not even made in this country. I went online to see if I could find a local company that made American flags and I found American Flag & Pole Co. I read about their manufacturing process and the way that they actually stitch red fabric to white fabric to make the stripes and how they embroider each star onto the flag, as well as triple stitching the end of the flag to keep it from tattering in the wind and I was pretty much sold. Then I called them to ask if they had the size of flag that I was looking for and they did. This is not a “retail” location, but they welcome people who want to make the trip to their shop to purchase their flag. When I went there I was greeted by so many kind people, from the manufacturing folks to the girls in the office and even the owner of the company. We had a great conversation and it was clear to see that this is a family run business where everyone is professional, but comfortable and just happy to be there doing what they do. It was honestly refreshing to be in their company. The flag I purchased is absolutely beautiful and the quality is top of the line!! I’ve recommended these folks to all of my friends and I can’t say enough about how much I recommend that you buy your next flag at American Flag & Pole Co. Seriously awesome people and great, quality flags!!!!!
