They put we were 30 days behind we sold the vehicle and was not 30 days late when I called them I was just giving the run around about how a manger would contact us if they dont resolve this we will be hiring attorney to take care of it

This company needs to be looked into for providing false and misleading information to customers to get them to pay. For taking advantage of people and for their recovery practices. They need to find employees that are willing to talk to customers as adults not try to belittle them for asking questions or asking for help. I had the worst call with "Alex the manager of recovery" i have filed complaints with several regulations agencies due to the anxiety i felt after the call. I make my payments and to be told i cant afford something and im not responsible because things got tight is wrong. I wish i ciuld give them Negative stars
