I was just in the store and I am sorry to say I have have never been treated so rudely! I wasnt even acknowledged or told I/We will be with you in a moment! The two ladies were to busy chatting it up with a mom and her two grown daughters. I have scoliosis for me to go and shop is painful and I dont get to go shopping very often because standing 20 minutes or more is difficult. I have always come to this store because the staff is always been sweet and kind even when they are with customers letting me know they see me but need to take care of the individual they are with. Granted I wasnt getting much but some pants and a bra both on sale so I guess they didnt see me as worth their time because I didnt look like I had money. Well I buy all the time online mostly because of my pain. I just wanted to get some comfy pants and bra because I am going to an MRI for my spin and needed something easy to get in and out of. Not sure if I will come back to this store again because of this. You can do better SOMA

I have placed an online order about a month ago, a and did not receive it although it says delivered. It is impossible to speak to customer service. I called several times, on various days. $80 out the window.
