Reached out telephonically to Dennis to have some tree trimming/yard work done, and he asked me to send over my address and some photos so he could give an estimate/quote for the work needing to be done. Messaged him the photos earlier in the week and he did not respond. Messaged him later him in the week to confirm he was still coming today and he responded yes with a time to which I confirmed. I later asked him again for the quote and how he accepted payments and received no response. Come today, at the agreed time, he does not show - I message him again, and no response either. Overall, poor communication and I would have at least appreciated a message if he wasn't going to be able to make it or complete the job.
